The modernist 19th century building houses 5 apartments that were renovated and completely refurbished in 2011 to include a lift and provide guests with all the comforts they need to make their stay a pleasant one. The apartments can accommodate up to 5 people. The air-conditioned property offers a dining room and wireless Internet access.

The modern apartments are decorated with elegant furniture and wooden floors. They have an en suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub and hairdryer, a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities.
